Workshop Information:
This workshop will guide you through the chakras with a questionnaire to determine any imbalances, a yoga asana practice (no prior yoga experience necessary), discussion, and meditation.  Each chakra corresponds to an area of energy in the body, certain behavioral characteristics, and a stage of spiritual growth.  You will learn to identify and tap into your own chakras in order to remove energetic blockages that may be effecting you, your relationships and the world around you.
