Welcome to evolve yoga
To evolve… to undergo gradual change; to develop; to improve. At evolve yoga studio, we have created a sacred space for physical, mental and spiritual evolution. As soon as you enter our studio, you discover a sanctuary from the frenetic pace of day-to day living and find an atmosphere of peaceful welcome. Our goal is to assist individual students along their personal path of growth in body, mind and spirit. Each of us, at any given moment, can be more than we were the moment before. The tradition of Yoga says that as we develop and grow, we are actually moving toward our own true nature. Each of us has an individual nature that is our truth, our core, our spirit, and as we allow this true nature to shine through, we become more peaceful, prosperous, confident and joyous! This is the evolution of body, mind and spirit.
